I stopped by this breakfast spot because I was craving waffles, and I'm really glad I did. The waffles came out fresh, golden, and perfectly crisp on the outside while staying soft and fluffy inside. They were served with warm syrup and butter, and I added fresh fruit on top, which made them even better. I also ordered a side of bacon, and it paired perfectly with the waffles. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the restaurant had a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. The portions were generous, the prices were reasonable, and everything tasted fresh. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in the mood for a good breakfast.

I recently had breakfast at this restaurant and really enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and welcoming, making it a great place to start the day. The staff was friendly, attentive, and my food arrived quickly while still being fresh and hot. I ordered the waffles, and they were absolutely delicious. They were golden brown on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside, and served with butter and warm syrup that complemented every bite. I also added a side of bacon and eggs, which were cooked perfectly and completed the meal. The portion size was generous, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxed atmosphere that made breakfast even more enjoyable. The prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. If you're looking for a great breakfast spot with delicious waffles and friendly service, this place is definitely worth a visit. I'll be coming back to try more of the breakfast menu.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Social Misfits is exactly that… unique, creative, fun, and definitely all about the waffles! We came to celebrate Fritz’s birthday and had a wonderful evening sitting on the outdoor patio. The atmosphere was lively, the service was outstanding, and although there was quite a wait (they were packed!), it was absolutely worth it. The menu is unlike anywhere else, with creative waffle combinations that make you want to come back just to try something new every visit. My favorite by far was the plain gluten-free waffle with the Chantilly cream. Oh my goodness… it was light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious! Sometimes the simplest things are the best. The drinks were another highlight. They have some of the most creative cocktails and specialty beverages I’ve seen, and every one we tried was unique and delicious. Now for the honest review… The chicken and waffles looked amazing, but the chicken itself was a little disappointing. It was cooked well but simply lacked seasoning, so it didn’t have the flavor I was expecting. I also wouldn’t recommend the Caesar salad. It was on the small side and just didn’t have much flavor. This place has a cool vibe walking in, loved the wall art. The food and drink menus were really interesting just based off some of the dishes and drink names. My service from Jake was exceptionally offering great feedback. I ordered the Revel it in drink along with The Swinger Dish, this was a new feature item that definitely needs to stay. It had the perfect combination of sweetness but not overpowering. I would recommend if you enjoy pineapples with cherries and hints of coconut. Overall I would definitely come back…oh I forgot to mention it was served on a fluffy waffle that made the palate complete.

This place has some very unique breakfast dishes mostly waffle based. We stopped in here with a small group and were seated promptly. Our server was prompt and we ordered a few of the crazy fun dishes. I had the Love me tender dish which was a waffle with peanut butter, caramelized banana, bacon and a maple bourbon syrup. Oh my this was good. The rest of my group had amazing dishes as well and we had a great time. When in Grand Rapids, stop in here for a fun unique breakfast.
